Put one teaspoon of the tea mix into a strainer/tea egg, and add a cup's worth of boiling water.
Cover your cup and let the herbs steep for 5-10 mins. After, remove the herbs and your tea is ready to drink.
Drink this tea after a short or long period of illness, days of feasting or for a moment of self-care.
